The operation of the Muskegon Winter Sports Complex is not a small task and one that is not taken lightly by the employees and volunteers that operate this unique facility each season. The complex is operated by the Muskegon Sports Council a 501-c-3 Non Profit Organization in a partnership with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Muskegon Luge Club, and the West Michigan Speedskating Club.
Promotional support is provided by Muskegon Convention and Visitors Bureau, Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce, and the White Lake Are Chamber of Commerce. The Muskegon Sports Council holds monthly meetings that are open to the public and applications for new board members are currently being accepted.
