Muskegon Winter Sports Complex is located at

We are located in Muskegon State Park, so a motor vehicle permit/recreation passport is required to enter the State Park.  The cost is $10.00 for  a year for Michigan residents and this is now purchased at the Secretary of State Office when you renew your license plates.  For out of state vehicles, the cost is $8.00 for a day pass and $29.00 for an annual/year pass.  These can be purchased right at the Winter Sports Complex when you  arrive from out of state.
