Luge Lounge

The Luge Lounge is the place where the evening party begins at 6pm. Our luge track is one of only 4 luge tracks in the entire country and when the sun goes down on January 21st it becomes the only luge track to host an outdoor concert. In addition to great live musical acts, Nordlund and Flexadecibel, we’ll also have a snowga session (snow yoga), a fire throwing performance and a DJ Dance Party from Modern Entertainment.

Food and Beverages

In celebration of Michigan’s 180th birthday we’ll also serve craft beer, hard cider and local wine at the Luge Lounge. Stay tuned for a complete list of beverages that will be served. Food will be provided by Woody’s Just Klassics.

Cost and Tickets

The luge lounge is open from 6pm to 11pm and is open to all ages, but remember, alcohol will be served and a valid state issued photo ID is required to consume alcohol. Entry to the Luge Lounge is FREE! That said, the Winter Sports Complex is a non-profit organization and along with Watermark Live we host this event purely to celebrate our great state and to get people outdoors in the beauty of Muskegon State Park. To sustain this event and the Winter Sports Complex we will be accepting a suggested donation of $5 at the entrance of the Luge Lounge. All donations will be invested back into our facility and Party In Your Parka.

Formed in the summer of 2015, Flexadecibel is a 7-piece, groove-centric band based in Muskegon, MI drawing on a wide range of influences and musical backgrounds. With bangin’ originals and a mix of classic and modern covers, the FLXDB crew has been moving crowds around the mitten state and gaining momentum with every gig. Stretched among the pillars of funk, soul, and rock, bending sounds to make you boogie is the Flexadecibel specialty.

West Michigan native, RJ Nordlund, captivates an audience with his dynamic voice and an original repertoire of honest music.

“Imagine a jolly smile, a brilliant mind, and fingers that strum a guitar alongside a heavenly set of lungs that can’t help but captivate your ears.  There you have RJ Nordlund at a glimpse” – Phyllis Collar of the 602 Club
