The complex operates the winter sports complex with a very tight budget each season. Just as important as cold temperature is the press coverage we receive each season. Each season our non profit group has a very limited shoestring budget for advertising and we rely heavily on the generosity and interest of the press to get the word out regarding MWSC news and happenings.

We will be linking to any signicant online coverage of MWSC. In the months ahead we will also attempt to create a year by year digital archive right here of past press coverage we have accumulated over the years. Here we will be posting video, website links, and other media you may enjoy reading, listening, and watching.

The 1st year of operation the complex luge track was featured on Good Morning America with Muskegon State Park Manager Harry Selleck announcing the opening of the Muskegon Luge Track and a luge participant sliding by yelling out Good Morning America!! Since then we have been featured in hundreds of news publications, magazines, and tv programs through the years.

Our media champion has been the The Muskegon Chronicle who has provided in depth coverage of complex events and happenings every year since 1984.  WZZM, FOX 17, and WOOD TV have been very generous of their coverage each winter season.
