Registration

In order to participate in luge events, a waiver and release of liability form must be completed. This is all that is necessary for Luge Lessons.

To participate in United States Luge Association events, a USLA Physical Exam form must be completed. To join the Muskegon Luge Club, a 2006 Muskegon Luge Club membership application form must be completed. [ download here ]

For convenience, these forms have been combined into a single Adobe Acrobat file that can be downloaded, viewed and printed.  If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer, you can download it from Adobe's web site.
