Top 10 things you need to know:

1. In order to luge, a signed waiver & a copy of their health insurance card is required. They must be stapled together and put in alphabetical order and divided into their groups.

2. We set the rotation schedule due to # of students & venues chosen.

3. Make sure kids know shoe size, what group # they are in, and what they are doing first. We recommend that teachers put color stickers with group numbers and shoe size on each student so we know what group they are in and where they should be.

4. Kids can only skate once, they must try each rotation, stay with their group, even if they just watch their friends. They can not do any rotation more than once.

5. We need two chaperons for each group. Chaperons must ski & stay with their group at all times. If you need or want a ski instructor you may schedule one for an additional fee of $50.00 – $80.00

6. You must provide a designated first aide/emergency person to stay on the ice or near the lodge for all rotations.

7. You may opt in or out for your students to play hockey, but if you opt in there is an additional cost for: Hockey sticks, pucks, and helmets. You may pay for the hockey equipment or have the students pay if they want it.

8. You must clean up after yourselves, throw away your own trash and pick up anything you drop on the floor immediately as the tiniest thing is a tripping hazard to those with skates on.

9. Season pass holders still have to pay when they come with a group.

10. All our venues are open weather permitting only.
